Manage the full homebuyer education pipeline: class scheduling and rosters, attendance and completion tracking, 1:1 counseling sessions, document collection, education lock-in to a specific program, and HUD-eligible certificate issuance. Includes a manager dashboard, daily exception briefs, and class-readiness scans powered by Copilot Studio agents.
Who it’s for
HUD-approved housing counseling agencies, nonprofit homebuyer education providers, and any organization required to deliver pre-purchase education before disbursing assistance funds.
Why it matters for affordable housing: Most state and federal down payment programs — including Florida SHIP and HUD HOME — require borrowers to complete a HUD-certified homebuyer education workshop before closing. Homebuyer Education is the system of record that proves it.
